01. The Challenge
UX researchers spend more time transcribing and tagging interviews than connecting the dots. Qualitative richness gets lost in spreadsheets and slide decks, and insights rarely survive past the project that produced them.

We designed a workflow that acts as a copilot for the researcher: interview ingestion with speaker diarization, automatic quotes, sentiment and pain points ranked by severity, and hypothesis matrices that cross-reference claims with collected evidence. Every insight links back to the moment in the interview it came from.
